Please join the Glover Community on Wednesday, March 9th for a special event to “Celebrate Our Differences” from 6-7:30 pm. The night will include:
- Len Cabral, who retells African, Cape Verdean, and Caribbean folktales as well as original stories and tales from around the world.
- Nicole Tarzia, Ms. Wheelchair Massachusetts, to speak on disability awareness with examples of adaptive equipment.
- Local Artists, Janet Gilmore and Karen Hainline, will be creating crafts with students.
In addition a Diversity Book Fair with a selection of titles provided by Porter Square Books will run from 5:30-7:30 pm. There will also be a cozy reading corner with a selection of books brought through an MFE grant (Thank You MFE!)
